Creating a sense of community at work is a requirement for the best companies. And if it hasn't been...it will be as today's talent is more empowered, more ready to maximize their impact - but they want it to be with a company that cares for them and its people.
Today, Craig Forman, joins #borrowfromthebest to share his tips on creating community at work. We use his work as a People Scientist at Culture Amp, where he has led the creation of a volunteer-run community, Culture First.
